EE Week Educator Webinar: Using Technology to Investigate the Outdoors

Educators got ready for EE Week 2013: Taking Technology Outdoors by tuning in with the Pacific Education Institute (PEI) on February 18, 2013 to explore how to use technology to engage students in investigative outdoor field experiences.
Breanna Trygg, Environmental Education Program Coordinator at PEI shared how U.S. Fish and Wildlife biologists across the country employ technology tools in the field and recommended technology resources for expanding student learning in outdoor field studies.
Erica Baker, Educational Consultant with PEI, highlighted a variety of examples and case studies that illustrate how educators are using technology in the field to engage today’s students.
