National Environmental Education Week hosted a Google+ Hangout on Air with NASA engineers and students to promote awareness about the role and importance of women and girls in STEM, specifically engineering.
Watch the Hangout video to hear from NASA’s own engineers about how they became interested in STEM, their experiences as an engineer at NASA, and advice that they have for girls who are interested in pursuing a career in the STEM field.
